Do you mean this comic or TMNT 2012 crossover episodes? Either way can you please explain contradictions? In my opinion both are canon to TMNT 1987 universe and 1987 Turtles not recognizing Mirage Leo, 2003 Donnie and 2012 Mikey impersonated by Creepy Eddie in issue 13 is because it takes place before Turtles Forever movie and TMNT 2012 crossover episodes

Well they retconed it but it can still be canon maybe in this comic they will explain how he and Kraang Subprime are cousins and also there might be TMNT crossover comic that Bobby Curnow teased, it might be TMNT crossover comic
